MANILA, Philippines – STI will spend between P2 billion and P2.5 billion for a Makati campus that will franchise space to business routine outsourcing (BPO) firms.

“We will have to have a co-developer there [for a leasing operations] and we have that within a Tanco group,” pronounced Monico Jacob, boss of STI Education Services Group Inc., that is owned by Eusebio Tanco.

The Makati campus will lay on a 3,300 block scale skill along Buendia Avenue, and will offer 41,000 block meters to BPO companies.
